Rent Review or Renewal

We act on behalf of tenants that require representation in rent review or renewal process. This includes compiling open market rental evidence in comparable quality buildings. We also evaluate the specific clauses within the existing lease and ensure critical timing and trigger date are met. We can also represent your interest should the rent review results in third party determination.

Sublease or Break Lease

Tenants can exercise their rights under the tenancy agreements to sublease their premises. We can represent you to obtain landlord’s approval and secure suitable sublease tenants.

Lease Restructuring

Tenant’s situation could require the existing lease to be restructured and renegotiated mid-term. OfficeAsia has the experience and contact to enable these negotiations to be fulfilled.

Fit out Project

Upon the short listing of designer/contractor, we negotiate either a fix price contract (Turnkey) or tender construction contract to enable clients to have the best solution and pricing.
